SPK Nova Systems

Delivery framework

Project lifecycle

A controlled six-stage path from defining the operational problem to deployment and long-term support.

Stage 01

Discover

Define the problem before choosing technology.

We document users, workflows, operating constraints, existing systems, integrations, data requirements, security needs, success measures and delivery risks.

Typical outputsRequirements brief, scope boundaries, workflow map, risk register and delivery assumptions.
Stage 02

Design

Turn validated requirements into an implementable system plan.

We shape information architecture, user journeys, interfaces, data models, permissions, integration boundaries, deployment architecture and failure handling before expensive implementation work begins.

Typical outputsSolution architecture, UX flows, data model, access model and implementation plan.
Stage 03

Build

Implement in controlled, reviewable increments.

Development is organized around maintainable modules, secure defaults, reusable components and clear interfaces. Integrations and migration work are developed against agreed contracts rather than hidden assumptions.

Typical outputsWorking increments, integration components, migration tooling and technical documentation.
Stage 04

Test

Verify behavior, resilience and acceptance criteria.

Testing covers core workflows, permissions, validation, responsive behavior, integration failures and regression risk. Business acceptance is separated from technical verification so both are visible.

Typical outputsQA findings, resolved defects, acceptance evidence and deployment readiness decision.
Stage 05

Deploy

Release with rollback and operational visibility.

Production changes are controlled, versioned and observable. We verify configuration, database changes, access, backups, monitoring and rollback paths before handover.

Typical outputsProduction release, deployment record, verification checklist and rollback path.
Stage 06

Support

Operate, maintain and improve after launch.

Support covers incidents, monitored issues, controlled updates, security maintenance, documentation and measured improvements based on real operational use.

Typical outputsSupport workflow, release history, maintenance actions and improvement backlog.
